How to use it
- Install File Unzip by Kimbley IT from the Google Workspace Marketplace.
- In Google Drive, right-click any zip, 7z, RAR or other archive file → Open with → File Unzip by Kimbley IT.
- Click one button — the files are unzipped into a new folder next to your zip.

This zip file is password-protected
Type the password you were given to unlock it. The password stays in your browser.
This file contains a type of file that criminals commonly use to spread malware, so this tool won't open it. That doesn't mean it's definitely dangerous — but it does mean a person should check it before you go any further.
What to do now: don't open, forward, or reply to the email this came from. Contact your IT team, show them this message, and let them check the file for you. If Kimbley IT looks after your organisation, get in touch through your usual support channel and we'll take a look.

Web pages can run code the moment you open them, which is a common way to show someone a fake sign-in screen. A file inside another compressed file is one this tool can't look inside, so nothing in it has been checked.
If you were expecting these files, carry on. If they arrived out of the blue, don't open them — check with your IT team first.
